We prepare a diagnostic health report with photos and short video clips to document our findings. We review original equipment (OE) service information, research and source the required parts and materials, and establish an estimated repair timeline.

Work with your extended warranty

Have an extended warranty? We work with many providers and submit diagnostic findings and supporting documentation to your provider for review.

Choose a plan together. Begin the repair.

We explain your options and estimate, then choose a repair plan together. With your approval, we acquire the required parts and materials, then begin the repair. Precision repairs take time and care; our team works efficiently while giving each stage the attention it deserves.

Test, verify and prepare for the road.

After the repair, we complete the required programming, initial relearn, test drives and final inspections. Our process includes 11 quality checks in total, with sign-offs from multiple technicians to confirm the work before your vehicle is returned.
